Beautiful Molly. As someone who lives in a subtropical climate and is currently trying to cope with sweltering heat and humidity, this is such a refreshing read.

I enjoyed it for the same reason - I could feel the fresh, biting air in the description and it took me to a cooler place momentarily

This was so beautiful, Molly, I absolutely love it. I love the idea of ritualising things for yourself - it's something I just explored in my most recent post about movement too.

Your writing transported me to the chilly Scottish Highlands in an instant!

It's easy to forget how beautiful nature can be living in Scotland. Today I am in the middle of a storm, pelting rain and violent wind, but it is so powerful to watch!

You can feel the presence in every moment. Just beautiful. And I too have many notebooks. It baffles many but notebooks (plural) are always needed ❤️
